Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookie-free. It tells us what pages are getting read and from roughly where, but it does not track individual readers across sites.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store your email address with Resend, our email provider. We use it to send the weekly essay and the welcome sequence — nothing else. Unsubscribe at any time from the link at the bottom of every email.
Contact form
When you write through the contact form, your name, email, and message are sent to our inbox via Resend. We use them only to reply.
Cookies
None. We set no cookies of our own, and because we run no advertising network, no third-party scripts set them either. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep things
Your newsletter subscription lasts until you unsubscribe, at which point your address is removed from the active list. Contact-form messages stay in our inbox only as long as we need them to handle your request. Analytics data is aggregated — it isn’t tied to you as an individual, so there is nothing personal there to retain or to delete.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Since the only personal data we ever store is an email address you chose to give us, honouring any of these is usually a single click on the unsubscribe link — but write to us and we’ll do it for you.
